About me
After years in a high-profile career, I realised my greatest achievement wouldn’t be climbing another ladder—It would be helping people climb out of the holes life sometimes puts us in.
It is very rewarding, supporting people, overcome anxiety, low self-esteem, overthinking and that annoying little inner voice that loves to tell us that “we are not enough.” (Spoiler alert: it lies.)
I offer a relaxed, down-to-earth space where you can laugh, cry, vent, swear if you need to, and most importantly, be yourself. No judgement. No awkward silences. No “just think positive” speeches.
I believe everyone deserves access to support, I have re-trained, and am currently a level 4 counsellor, in the last few months of my training to become a level 5, fully qualified Pluralistic counsellor (Pluralistic, just means that I have studied more than one style of counselling, so that I can tailor my counselling tool kit specifically towards your needs)
As a counsellor in training I can offer more affordable sessions, without compromising on care.
I know it can be daunting reaching out, but please don’t worry, the first step is often the hardest, but I am really looking forward to meeting you, and helping you with your personal journey.
