Hello, I am Nadine. I know first-hand the transformative power of therapy. My own journey led me to understand the profound impact of talking therapy on mental health and well-being. This personal insight fuels my passion for helping others navigate their unique paths and their journey toward empowerment and healing. I am a pluralistic practitioner and what this means is that the sessions are built around the person's individual needs. The sessions have no set agenda but we will work in collaboration to find out what fits your needs at the time of therapy. We don't always know what we want and that's absolutely fine.
I work with clients over 14 years old, Adults, Neurodiverse
Before becoming a therapist, I worked with Domestic violence, Sexual Violence, Offending behaviour and for a Drugs and Alcohol agency.
I have personal and professional experience with ADHD.
