I qualified as an integrative Counsellor, trained in multiple theories offering a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, at your pace.
I have experience working with a wide range of issues including Anxiety, Addiction, family issues, suicidal thoughts, bereavement, relationship issues and many more.
I have experience working with various charities including Mind and volunteering for Cruse, offering bereavement support.
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
