About Me
I work with adults aged 18 and over.
I'm a qualified counsellor and a member of the BACP, which gives you confidence in my professional standards.
I'm a mum of 2 with a background in the corporate world. This gives me a good understanding of the demands and conflicts created by juggling our personal and professional lives.
Since 2019 and my counselling training, I've worked with charities and in private practice, supporting people of all ages and backgrounds through a wide range of challenges.
I offer a safe, confidential space where you can feel listened to.
