Crochet and Connect
Commencing Monday 9th November 10 -12 / Tuesday 10th November 6.30 - 8.30
My main focus for this group is to provide an opportunity for you to open up and share your thoughts and feelings within a therapy group, as a qualified therapist, I will hold a safe space to facilitate this, whilst connecting with others through a shared, meaningful, activity.
There will be an introductory session followed by a block of six further sessions, also a choice of two sessions one morning and one evening, dependent on numbers.
Cost is £20.00 per session, only six to a group. To comply with covid-19 regulations, social distancing will be in place and group members need to bring their own refreshments.
