About me
I work with individuals who find themselves stuck and in need of talking to someone who is outside the comfort bubble that is their life. Often, I find myself working with clients who are experiencing anxiety for a variety of different reasons so we work together to explore what is causing the anxiety and how we can gain control of it. Many, but not all, clients have experienced something throughout their life that has been traumatic and the pain from that has left its mark. We work together, over a period of time, to untangle the complications that trauma causes, with the aim of my clients feeling more freedom and less burden.
I use an integrative approach with my roots based in person centred therapy. I offer a confidential, non judgemental space where clients can explore any issue they wish to bring. Within this space I encourage my clients to find their voices. I work alongside my client, at their pace, with the intention of helping them live a fuller, more wholesome life. I work with teenagers into adults.
