About me
I only work with adults (individuals).
I am registered as a Counselling Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a qualified Psychotherapist.
I practice in an integrative way drawing on different schools of therapy. I worked as a trainee psychotherapist in the mental health service in Bristol and in a counselling charity for survivors of sexual abuse. Since qualifying I have worked in workplace counselling and private practice, and I have managed a low-cost counselling service. I have a special interest in life stages and transitions, bereavement, and existential issues. I have a long-time mindfulness/Zen practice which influences my approach.

Doctorate in Counselling Psychology (Middlesex University/Metanoia Institute) 2020

My fee is £65 with an initial session at £25.
